Our Services

Audio Engineer (A1)

An expert and highly trained engineer that is responsible for the audio system. The A1 directs the construction, placement, tuning, operation, and strike of the main audio system. The A1 may also participate in the pre-production of the audio design. This position is designated as; but not limited too, FOH engineer or monitor engineer.

Lighting Designer (L1)

The L1 leads the lighting construction. This includes; interpreting the lighting plot for rig and light fixture placement, assignment of dimmer patches, and final focus. May also program and operate lighting systems.

Video Engineer (V1)

Video Engineer that sets up video feeds for presentations, camera feeds, graphics feeds, etc.

Camera Operator

Expert camera operators that can stay at a fixed position, or for more advanced setups can support handheld, camera shading for color matching, and robocam setup and operation.

Assistants (Assists)

Assistant support the setup of video gear such as running cables and testing signal flow.

Show Caller and Stagemanager

Live calls all inputs during a show and is responsible for following and executing a client-provided script for who speaks when, when light cues are called, and when video cues are called.

Project Manager

An experienced industry professional that is proficient in pre production, operations, and management of crew and gear. This person is the on-site operations manager and the liaison between the client and crew. Also interacts with venue management Selection of Project Managers are based on the level and difficulty of the project (i.e. Meeting Room Coordinator, General Exhibit Coordinator, Large Exhibit Booth Coordinator, or General Session Production Manager). Specific roles of the Project Manager should be out-lined by the client to ensure the proper selection of an individual.

Stagehand (Set/Strike)

General AV Technician for loading/ unloading of trucks. Setting and striking equipment. AV Techs are mainly used for the setting of meeting rooms and exhibits and have a fair knowledge of audio, lighting, and video.
